- Step with the forward leg to the side
- Front hand goes down - streched - it's important to keep the body good and stable balance (not pushing or pulling)
- With the hip power, circule the back hand lifting it up (with the elbow down)
- The Uke should come to our space while we moved to the side
- Only than, step forward with the back leg while circling the back hand down over the throat - hip power
- Don't fight and no colision should be made - move center, extend ki and throw
- The power comes from the belly and not from the hands, the hands only come at the end
