Landing at the Budapest airport, Elad is ready with his "small" book he prepared for the trip. We slept in "Lena Appartments", close to the airport. On the afternoon, we went to the Margaret island, listened to the music fountain and took a small walk around.
We woke up in the morning in the sunny garden and took an EZ-Rider trip to see around the beautiful Budapest. We crossed the Liberty bridge, went through the Zero Kilometer stone (the center of Budapest), saw the Mathias church and ate the traditional Kyortosh.
The Magic restaurant is a Harry Potter restaurant with a lot of magics and magical food. Elad is a big fan of Harry Potter and couldn't remove the smile from his face.
Time to drive to Slovakia. We slept in Apartmany za Rohom in the Low Tetra Mountains. This day was fully dedicated for the Tatralandia Water Park. A nice park with many sliders and other attractions.
We went to the Orava castle, a castle built in the Kingdom of Hungary and situated over a rock near the Orava river. We took a tour inside where we heard explanations and saw exhibitions. There are a few movies filmed in the castle and the view from it to the village is also amazing. We planned some tracking in the Diery trail but the heavy rain didn't allow it.
Instead of tracking we had a fun time in the Illusia museum with some nice photo illusions.
We had a fun day, in the Fun park where we went in the mountain slider and Elad drove a tank in the field. Then we went to the Tarzania rope park. We took a 300 meters Omega above the lake and a pretty difficult rope challenge.
We drove to the high Tetras and stayed in Villa Buky apartments in Tatranska Lomnica village. There we went to the Sucha Bella trail (part of the Slovaky Paradize). It's a very nice trails with many wooden bridges across the river.
We had a nice rafting in the pieniny Dunajec, it's a relatively quite river but with an amazing view. From there we took a bicycle ride along the river. In the afternoon we went to the Niedzica Zamek castle in Poland and enjoyed the view and lake.
The Top Trees Walk is a wooden path built on the top of the trees. We had a nice view to the area and slide down from the top. We wanted to take the Salenska lake trail from Tatranska Lomnica but again the thunderstorms on the mountain was blocking us.
